MockMate AI plans are one-time credit packs, not auto-renewing subscriptions. You’re only ever charged when you actively choose to purchase.
1. Instant access
Once your payment through Razorpay is successful, your interview credits are added to your account instantly. You can start your next mock interview right away — no waiting, no activation calls.
2. Cancellation
Because our plans are one-time credit packs and not recurring subscriptions, there is nothing to “cancel”. You keep the credits you purchased, and no future charges will ever be made without your consent.
3. Refund eligibility
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you meet all of the following conditions:
- You have not consumed any interview credit from the plan (an interview is “consumed” the moment questions are generated for it).
- You raise the refund request via support@mockmateai.in from the same email address used to purchase.
- You share your Razorpay order ID / transaction ID so we can verify the payment.
4. Partial refunds
If you’ve used some (but not all) credits within 7 days and have a genuine technical issue that prevented a full experience (e.g., persistent server error), write to us — we’ll evaluate a partial refund case-by-case. Change of mind after use is not refundable.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Bank / card / UPI settlement times may vary slightly on their end.
