By creating an account or using MockMate AI (“the Platform”) you agree to the following terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Platform.
1. Who can use MockMate AI
You must be at least 16 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. If you’re younger, please use MockMate AI only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. Do not share your login with others.
- One account per person. Fraudulent multi-account sign-ups to farm free credits may be terminated without notice.
- You are responsible for the content you upload (resumes, JDs, answers).
3. Fair use
MockMate AI is meant for personal interview preparation. You may not:
- Scrape, resell, redistribute, or republish generated questions, feedback, or model answers as a competing product.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Platform.
- Use the Platform to conduct actual live interviews with third-party candidates in a way that misrepresents MockMate AI as a human interviewer.
4. Payments
Paid plans are one-time purchases processed through Razorpay. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
5. AI-generated content
Interview questions, scores, and model answers are generated by AI and are provided for practice purposes only. They may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or reflect model biases. Nothing on MockMate AI constitutes career, legal, or educational advice, and no result on the Platform guarantees a real-world job offer.
6. Availability & changes
We do our best to keep the Platform available 24/7, but we may take it offline for maintenance or improvements. Features may be added, removed, or changed. We’ll try to give you advance notice where possible.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MockMate AI is provided “as is” without warranties. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
